The History Behind My Approach
From 2011 - 2013: E-Commerce Start-Up
Back in Portland, OR when small tech companies started to make a big impact, I was lucky enough to be right there at the start.
I worked at ShopIgniter as an EA to Co-Founder and CPO Alan Wizemann, and Matt Compton, CEO, staying with the team as EA & Office Manager through their 12.8M in multi-series funding until being sold to Seattle company, Mixpo.
2013 - 2025: Apple Utility Tools > Video Game Publisher > Handheld Gaming Manufacturer.
I began at Panic, INC in Portland, OR back in 2013 as Office Manager. After moving over into Operations I supported company Co-Founders Cabel Sasser and Steven Frank intimately through a variety of projects that launched the company into new sectors, including video game publishing (Firewatch 2015; Untitled Goose Game; 2016) along with Playdate, a handheld gaming system.

I supported our team with the execution of large-scale events ranging from industry showcases, including PAXWest, contributing to complex show buildouts and on-site logistics to amplify brand visibility, team collaboration, and marketing impact.

I’ve supported DEI efforts from the ground up—partnering with external consultants, guiding audits, and launching initiatives that culminated in our first structured DEI team.
