I supported an incredible shift towards a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from the ground up, transforming it from an idea into a fully structured team.
This work spanned every stage of development: partnering with external consultants to guide strategy, coordinating both internal and external audits, and translating findings into actionable next steps for Team Leads.
I supported and led the creation of initiatives that fostered cultural change across departments—building documentation still used today for inclusive meetings, launching accountability through a clear processes.
What began as a concept ultimately grew into Panic’s formal DEI team, establishing a foundation that continues to shape the company’s culture.
